Tyler State Park

This is one of my favorite locations! The state park offers beautiful wooded scenery with some open areas as well. If you're looking for somewhere that looks and feels like "East Texas," TSP is for you! It's beautiful in every season and has something for everyone. Some things to note about this location - while your session can take place in one part of the park, most people like to hit a few different areas, so you'll need to be prepared for some driving between spots and even some light hiking through the trails. There's also a $6 entry fee per person.
